Give one game the big screen

One tap per TV. Use 1+5 or 1x1 on one TV while the others keep the rest of the slate on.

When one game starts to matter more than the rest, give it room.

One big tile and five small ones

Open Manage windows (on a phone, tap Monitors first) and switch that TV to 1+5. One tile becomes big, with five smaller tiles to its right and below it. Put the game that matters in the big tile.

Just the one game

Switch that TV to 1x1 for a single game, full screen. Your other TVs keep their own layouts, so the rest of the slate stays on.

Go back

Switch the layout back to the grid you had. Applying a saved layout also puts the grids back, but it brings back channel tiles only: tiles showing games come back empty, and the sound comes back only if it was on a channel tile.
