Connect your TVs

About ten minutes. Each TV ends up with its own window of tiles, its own layout and a letter.

You need: Your TVs connected to the computer by HDMI (or an adapter), and the app running.

To the computer, every TV on the wall is just another monitor, so the first step happens in the computer’s own display settings, before the app is involved at all.

Plug the TVs in as extra displays

Connect each TV to the computer. Then make sure they extend the desktop rather than mirror it:

  • Mac: System Settings (System Preferences on older macOS), then Displays. Each TV should appear as its own display, not as a mirror.
  • Windows: Settings, then System, then Display. Choose Extend these displays.

While you’re there, drag the displays into the same left-to-right order they hang on the wall. Stream Organizer Pro reads that order to decide which TV is A, which is B, and so on.

Add a window for each TV

Open Stream Organizer Pro Companion, the app you run the wall from. Your phone isn’t paired yet, so for now use the computer: choose Open on this computer in the status window (or the app’s menu). The browser asks for a pairing code first: type the 6‑digit code from the status window and choose Pair this device. You’ll pair your phone in the next guide.

Next to Monitors, choose Manage windows, then Add window for each TV.

If a window opens on the wrong TV, tap the top row of that TV’s card under Monitors (it reads Monitor 1, Monitor 2 and so on) to open its sheet, and pick the right screen under Move to monitor. If you don’t see Move to monitor, turn Fullscreen off for that window first.

Pick a layout for each TV

In Manage windows, pick the TV, then its layout: 1x1, 2x2, 3x3 or 1+5 (one big tile with five small ones). Each TV keeps its own. The left TV can run four games while the right runs nine.

Check the labels

First put a channel on a tile or two of each TV: open Channels, tap one, and tap a tile. (Identify all only labels tiles that are showing something.)

Then choose Identify all in Manage windows. Each of those tiles briefly shows its label: A1, A2 on the first TV, B1, B2 on the next. If A isn’t where you expect, fix the order before you go on.

If it doesn’t work

The TVs show the same picture.
The computer is mirroring. In the display settings, turn mirroring off so each TV is its own display.
TV A is on the right.
See Fix the TV order.
I can't see Move to monitor.
It only shows for a window that isn't fullscreen. Turn Fullscreen off for that window, move it, then turn it back on.
