Fix the TV order
Two minutes. TV A ends up the one on the left, so tile labels, layouts and the remote match the wall.
Stream Organizer Pro names the TVs A, B, C from left to right, using the way the displays are arranged on the computer. If the computer’s arrangement doesn’t match the wall, the letters come out wrong.
Fix it in the computer’s display settings
The simplest fix: in the computer’s display settings, drag the displays into the same left-to-right order as the wall.
Or set the order in the app
- Open Settings in Stream Organizer Pro Companion and find Monitors.
- Use the up and down arrows to put the TVs in order. The first one is A.
- Tap Identify all in Manage windows to check: each tile that’s showing something flashes its label. Empty tiles stay dark.
To go back to the automatic order, tap Reset to physical order.
Saved layouts remember TVs by their letter, so set the order before you save one.
